We Applied for spousal sponsorship (inland) last March 2019. I am currently holding a visitor visa that was extended until Nov 2019. The problem is, we didn't applied for open work permit together with our PR application. Can I still apply for OWP now eventhough the processing time of it may take more or less 4 months and it will exceed the expiration of may visitor visa extension? thank you.
