Spousal sponsorship - Spouse holds TRV for Canada

Hi all

My wife holds a TRV for Canada. Its going to be her first travel to Canada next week. Im a permanent resident of Canada. Will I be able to sponsor her Spousal PR when she is in Canada with me ? If yes, how long will this process take ?

yes....you can apply for inland spousal sponsorship + Open Work Permit while she lives with you in Canada.

if you plan to submit inland spousal sponsorship + OWP....you may need to submit the application before Jan 31, 2019.
