I am a PR working in Canada and my gf has a closed work permit and is in canada as well.
We are planning to marry early next year.

Please let me know -

Can I submit the inland spouse sponsorship application after we return back to Canada after marriage ?

Can she still continue working on her closed work permit while sponsorship application is in progress ?
