Hello Everyone,

In the permanent residence application's ECAS, I got the following updates:

1. We received ____________'s application for permanent residence on April 20, 2021.
2. We started processing ___________'s application on August 11, 2021.
3. We sent ____________ a letter on August 13, 2021. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Sponsorship application status is Decision Made on 4th August, but I didn't receive AOR2 and medical requests. Biometrics have been submitted on 4th August. My question is about the 2nd and 3rd lines. What does it mean? Did they skipped to send me AOR2 and started processing my application or is it just a random update? And what exactly mean about 3rd line? No letter or email had been received yet.

Hi, For you second line is AOR2.
For third line, please check they might have sent email if your account is not linked through GC Key.
They might have requested additional documents.
Also, decision made is on Sponsorship Application status or Permanent Residence Application status?

only sponsorship application is Decision Made. PR application is still under process. We hired a legal representative for our case, he said he linked my file within the portal.

Hi, no it means your application for principal applicant is in process. Please check with your lawyer, they must have received some communication about third line. IRCC might have requested some additional information.
For me, on my ECAS third line is for medical instruction.

Not yet. Afghan refugee evacuation task has been completed. Probably we’ll get news soon.
