Sorry to hear that bro but not having wife with you is not the reason of refusal. There are mostly applicants go for an interview without their spouses. But sorry to hear that again bro.

Nikah only case and apply 2.5 years after marriage.

if you appeal without RUKHSAATI, your case might refused again by the Judge. because he would asks your mrs or your mrs lawyer, i marraige completed with out Rukhsaati and answer would be NO? then he would say...if No then go and do the rukhsaati then reapply...
Wish you all the best bro....if u remember we met at Canadian Consulate on Thurs Feb 14th, 2019. I was there with my wife and you were ahead of interview queue, urs was at 10:30 and mine was at 1130am

My husband did order gcms notes . We received response on 24th April . No red flag .my application is complete . My eligibility security and background check not started yet


CIC always says that they are always trying to reunite families as soon as they can but It is not happening in our case. If our case passed one year and they doing process march and April files they should focus on it and try finalizing it as soon as possible. No additional documents are requested. Our 1st medical is valid and will expire in Feb 2019.

Every day we hope things will change but every day goes by with no news. Each day I hear people celebrating the news of receiving passport request, getting their visa stamped but we are still waiting . Every day I log into ECAS and my cic account for good news but no status changes. It feels like are lives are stuck, frozen. We can not plan our future , many of our life decisions are based on the decision of our case.

My husband and I will be really thankful if they can help us in this matter. It is not just me and my husband who are worried , our parents, family friends and relatives all constantly ask us why our application is not approved yet. It's really frustrating

it is same with all of us believe me, until we receive PPR. Same Frustration, depression, family future plans, parents, brothers sisters, relatives, friends all worried..especially relatives are so worried always if the marriage is still valid OR couple DIVORCED and hiding from them? once PPR received, passport stamped and applicant fly to Canada, then their questions and worries gets a BREAK forever!
so be patient and pray day and night and your time comes as well.
I am sponsor and our case already took 20 months now.....married 22 months back. Wife still in Pakistan.
you can imagine how my wife feeling and handing worst situation.
