Hello we are applying for our Child temporary canadian passport to accompany her mother to canada. High commission is asking for provide ticket which i dont understand, whose ticket they are asking for? Mother or child or both. I can buy ticket for my wife but my child has no passport yet. Hello,
In my experience they need a valid air ticket for both your wife and child in order to issue the passport.
You can get a ticket in childs name as it appears on his/her birth certificate. And the ID no on their Bay from from nadra.
The ticket needa to be paid and not just temp itenary.
Also ticket date should be about 2 months from when you want to submit the passport application. Because it does take around 2 months time to get the passports back. 1 - 2 months.

i only sent just certified true copies as it was mentioned on the checklist i hope it suffice.
but Mux have you by any chance looked up your ECAS and check what does the second line says. because we applied almost at similar dates. and my file transfered to LVO was 27 sept and then the ecas status changed to ' we started processing your application on Oct 13.' so i am wondering what does your say on the timeline.

on Monday my status was changed to We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details. but till now they didn't ask me anything. and as my background is in the process so please tell whats going on what they need more??

That is a routine update. Whenever they required document(s) they send primary applicant/Lawyer an email and upload the pdf in mycic.

Google is your friend. Search vfs pakistan. Go to contact us, there is a lahore location written over there.

Some additional info regarding my second marriage. It was quite a heartbreaking experience for us both as we were given quite a hard time unfortunately. We were all the time grappling with the question approved or refused. Anyhow, the ordeal is over I guess. One unusual thing about our case is that I, the sponsor, was interviewed over the phone, not my wife who is the applicant.

I have a lawyer so he sees the mycic and he also tells me the application is approved.
