Actually i am November, 2015 applicant, my husband just done his second medical on December 2016 and i just make an enquiry regarding my husband's filewith cic through email and they told me that file is undergoing in background checks. I send reminder to them just because it had been 6 months of his medical and i was hoping that my husband will get ppr very soon but now I got know that everything had been passed only BGC is being processed.

Nope.. Me medical was renewed in nov 2016 and since then...BGC in progress.. there are 4 to 5 another applicants in same situation.. All are nov/ Dec 2015 applicants

I send them add doc... first my status changes into add doc uploaded then about 10 days ago its changes into add docs being reviewed ...i want to know is this a good sign.And how much they take time to review it...I am a nov 2016 applicant..

Once ur 20 months elapse and u God forbid u guys r still stuck, id advise u to contact the media or press about this. Atleast demand from ircc that they explain to u wats the hold up.
