Hello everyone,
I applied for my husband's PR in June 2017 and just today I got an email from IO stating that there isn't any proof of whether or not I was in Canada at the time of applying or if I'm still a resident there. They requested proof of residency and photo copies of my passport pages which have stamps on them. They also requested RPRF. I am a permanent resident, and am self employed so I don't have pay stubs to show as proof of residency. I have bank statements and some other government letters as well as hospital discharge slips to support the fact thati was here when I applied and still am a resident. What other documents besides employment letters and lease agreements can I give? Also should I keep my hopes up cuz they asked for RPRF or is it just routine demand with nothing to it? What could the next possible step be?

Like a said, the delay won't be more than 2 3 weeks. when they complete reviewing your file, they will send Medical instructions to your lawyers address. do ask your lawyer if he has received any email.

As per previous forms, this was part of applicant checklist. Also it used to mention on top of every form that who has to fill it.

HI there I applied for my husband Feb 10 2017.
CPC Mississauga received my application on Feb 12 2017.
I Received My AOR 1 on Feb 20 2017
Got letter to link application March 2 2017
Linked the same day and on March 9 they asked for my schedule A
After that I got My SA ON MARCH 20 2017 my sponsor status changed to decsion made AND GOT LETTER ON March 24 that my application is transferred to Visa Office London for further processing my status changed for PR from received application to in process can anyone tell me the next step cause nothing changed since then also it shows that my partners application started processing March 31 2017

Yes I'm thinking of going with NOA and Trillium letters along with bank statements and a hospital discharge slip. I don't have a lease agreement to my name, could that be a problem? They asked for right to residence fee as well, is that in itself an indi

You'll probably have to wait about 6-8 months for the visa office to contact you. If you would like to be added to the spreadsheet, please provide the following information:
-applicant location city
-whether you are a Canadian citizen or PR
-if they have asked for police check/medical, please provide the date
-rukhsati performed or nikkah-only case?
-is this a second marriage for either you or the PA?
