No, that might not be a reason. You must ensure that you are entering info correctly.

my timeline is as follows:

Sponsorship
1. We received your application to sponsor (Name of Principal Applicant) on August 26, 2016.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 23, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on September 22, 2016.
4. We sent you correspondence on October 20, 2016 about the decision on your application.

I only got 3 lines on the Principal Applicant side. It states as follows:

Permanent Residence
1. We received (Name of Principal Applicant's) application for permanent residence on August 26, 2016.
2. We started processing (Name of Principal Applicant's) application on October 11, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

I was just wondering if I should contact cic regarding my case or should I just wait... I have not heard anything back from them or any emails so far so was just wondering how much longer do you guys think it will take..

We applied August 17, 2016. that's when the file was received. I got an approval for sponsorship Sept. 26, 2016.
We contacted our MP today and we have the same standing as you. chances are...they haven't even opened our files yet

We applied August 17, 2016. that's when the file was received. I got an approval for sponsorship Sept. 26, 2016.
We contacted our MP today and we have the same standing as you. chances are...they haven't even opened our files yet

That really sucks it's been 7 months already. I have a friend whose husband got approved within 4 months from Bangladesh. London office just takes forever.....

We have seen that some Aug applicants have heard back from LVO recently, you should wait for another month. Meanwhile you can order GCMS notes to see if there is any progress of your file. Can you please fill in the following info so we can add you to the spreadsheet:

What exactly did your MP say? As you ware mid Aug applicants, i was hopeful that your file would be in review. When was the last update?

they have mentioned they will conduct my interview in pakistan can i get it in UAE; Because i am residence in Dubai........

As you are the sponsor, you will have received an email & letter from CIC that you have been approved as a sponsor and the principal applicant's file has been forwarded to London Visa Office for further processing. We want the date when you received this email/letter.
