I think u shud send them that stuff if u saw these comments on ur notes. Send them right away before it becomes an add doc request and leads to further delay.

Can u please tell me the date when ur file was last accessed or Put Away?
mine showed 6 Dec 2016 when i last ordered my notes

There is this assessment section on notes which reads: eligibility not started
Criminality in progress.
Due date: 2017/09/26
After this there is paper file section that says file location (PA-put away)

In a section named Sub activities:
Type: security screening
This says not started
But the due date is 05/11/2016 :-[

Honestly it doesn't make much sense. However there is some explanation by an officer. Which says "intent to return to canada be determined by visa officer". As my wife is living outside canada so they are not sure if we will live in Canada (though its totally ABSURD to even think like that). I think we should send out some evidence to support that we indeed intent to reside in Canada :

My MP told me that put away file and due date mean that visa officer will reopen your file on that due date I am not sure how true this is....hopefully soon we will hear something good... I wish you the best luck

Due date is the date by which the VOs should take a decision..
I read this on another GCMS thread. I dont think its the date when they will next access the file..otherwise others would also have waited a whole yeat before they got their pprs..

You are a june applicant.. i highly doubt your file is a part of this project.

So far Sept 2016 and onward applicant files have been held for pilot project as per GCMS notes.

Hi every body as I wrote before that mail from LVO which was saying that they will mail me about interview date and time
I have a question that after that my interview that will finalise my case at same place or I have to wait more????

most likely it wont be at the time of interview it could be though as i saw last year one person got passport req right at the time of interview. but my sister's husband had interview on jan 25 n still waiting for decision n also 2 other members who had interview in jan r still waiting for ppr. my sis sent lvo an email n still no response

I have interview ahead they will mail me at 28 of Feb and ask for next mail for date and time of interview what u thing will they tell me final decision at that spot after the interview on the same table or what

they told me sis to wait 2 weeks n they will send her the decision ..its been over 5 weeks now not sure why they r delaying ..i think they will tell u wait after interview may be 2 or 3 weeks

That is gud news. Background checks might have already begun. If u hav a long travel history it might take arouns 3-4 weeks to complete. Otherwisr for some it hardly takes 1-2 weeks. Some get it done in a day even.
