Hope u all are good enough..
I am July 2016 applicant...
I got an email and also status updated on MyCic on 31st January 2017 about additional documents of communication proof between husband and wife.

My Question is weather I should send my document to LVO via courier or I should upload the document to MyCic.
In case if I have to upload document to MyCic, I have a lot of co to communication proofs like our visit to Malaysia, hotel receipts, shopping receipts,
and bundle of pictures when we were in Malaysia, but MyCic has only 3 upload options, so how I will upload all these documents?

Good news, spreadsheet has been updated.
do both. Also communication proofs in diff ways (text, social media (fb), calls, skype etc...some screenshots of all mediums)
combine proofs in pdf document and then upload as one document.

Do update us when you hear from LVO next.

Hello all, question for you guys. Do the applications at LVO get sorted and queued by when the initial application was received in mississauga or by when SA and file transfer date?

I suppose when file is transferred to LVO as it is being processed in LVO.

I was asked for additional documents as I mentioned earlier, I uploaded them last night on mycic. However, today in the morning when I logged in, it still says 'Action Required' and 'We need an additional document from the applicant.' However, when I click on 'view submitted application,' it says in green 'Replacement Provided Uploaded Filename: Rukhsati Photos.pdf. Does this mean that I have done my part of providing the documents.

Also, underneath there is another section, 'Optional Documents,' and it says 'Letter of Explanation.' If LVO asked my wife for Rukhsati Photos, Attested Nikkah Nama, Communication Proof, Sponsor's Passport (Entry/Exit Stamps), what can I write in the letter of explanation?

Great that you heard from LVO. When you receive re med request/letter from LVO book an appointment with IOM immediately so that your remed is updated in your file. Also please let us know so we can update the spreadsheet.

I have not yet uploaded any docs to mycic, but ive read that people make a common mistake while doing so.make sure after you upload it, you hit "Next". You'll see an updated status of Provided after you provided your documents.

No you haven't done your part completely yet. You have uploaded the document but not submitted.
There should be continue/next/submit button at the end of the page. Go through it until it says done.

For the optional Document, you don't really have to put anything. However, you can write a small cover letter and mention what documents you are submitting.

I have a question regarding the add docs that you are asked to provide.

Did you provide these docs (Rukhsati Photos, Attested Nikkah Nama, Communication Proof, Sponsor's Passport (Entry/Exit Stamps) in the original application or none at all?
