I am sep 2016 applicant and living in UAE. My NIC is expired and i am not planing to renew here in UAE. Do any one have idea LVO have any objection to required new NIC when will be my file open?

I agree too that won't make a lot of difference since the ID number remains the same what matters is your passport is valid and the copy of the passport you provide to CIC that's important.

Alhamdo lillah. ..received PPR today. DM on 30 Dec 2016.

Just a quick question guys...I put mailing address in Canada for both applicant and sponsor. Now for PPR should i change applicant mailing address in Pakistan or just send PPR with PP to visa office in Isb with returning address in Pakistan ?

Nai yaar I saw the questions but I wasn't sure so I didn't respond waiting for someone else who knows to respond. Where do you put the address?. My wife PPR has Canada address. And when passport will come back Inshallah it will come to VFS office for pick up, not to her home I believe.

I saw that on CVAC website. Do we still need to send that if we are sending PP via TCS ?

Any comments....I got married in Jan 2016, my file moved to LVO on may 13 2016 ...I went to Pakistan and spent time with my wife...my case is still in progess...any idea if i send them pictures/receipts etc regarding my visit to Pakistan in Oct 2016 will it make any difference.

Order GCMS notes to find out what the hold up is. You can also voluntarily send them visit proof.

Hey guys,
Just a word of advice. A lot of folks are sending case specific enquiries (including my husband!!:O) but before you send a case specific enquiry abt your case consider speaking to your MP. They speak directly to CIC and have communication access to visa offices (lvo etc.)

In the case of my husbands file, when was issued copr- they asked for him to submit his passport at islamabad. He is currently working in the UAE. WE sent a case specific and they never replied.
So we decided contacting our wonderful MP. She told us tht cic questioned his location and said when he had gone to the UAE. Long story short she pretty much helped with all correspondence and by the end of the week we recieved another copr for abu dhabi location!

Sponsors: find those ward MPS and ask for help!

Guys my application package is coming out pretty big, and i highly doubt i will be able to find a binder clip to put the entire package on. So can i send the package like this? All the different categories of the package (forms, sponsor papers, applicant docs, photographs, evidences of marriage, conversation, etc.) have been put in separate paper clips, but everything is NOT combined together. is that necessary to do?
If yes, then any ideas how to do that?

It will make a big difference. Send them pictures of you two together, your boarding pass, , ticket, AND more pics of your recent conversations from Whatsapp/viber,etc...

Just send these through case specific inquiry only.

Can someone post the link to LONDON case specific inquiry? I can't find the link..

No binder clips, no paper clips, no staples, no paper tags, ALL papers must be loose. Just make sure all the loose papers are in order by following the document checklist. Put them all in the envelope and send it

The visa officers rearrange everything anyway, so having to work with loose papers make it easier for them.
