My husband is on queue for the interview from November first week.
could anybody tell what month visa officer visit Islamabad for interview?
how long we have to wait for interview date?

None of us know when VO are coming for interview. the applicants will get an email one month in advance of scheduled date.

in my opinion

PA in NOTES is for the files received at LVO for certain period of time. Usually it is for 5 to 7 months. If any applicant doesnot receive any communication like DOc request of any kind from LVO within 5 to 7 months after file file transfer from Missisauga, this means there is something wrong.

if applicant receive some communication within 5 to 7 months time frame after file transfer to LVO, this means atleast he/she passed Initial assessment.

other members who have closer look on forums and GCMS notes can better comment.

i will keep you posted on my progress as I ordered notes earlier... I have not heard anything from them since submittin my application in dec 2015. I am thinking you may be right, but im hoping nothing major is wrong...I am getting depressed as the days go on...

LVO sends officer every quarter, however, specifically knowing when interview will be is hard as mentioned you will be notified 1 month before your date.

That's weird , did you send CSE to LVO and ask them for your status.

Yes, even asked for a re-med since it expired - no reply.
MP checked in October for an update but got the usual BS. I will keep you all posted, just hoping its not "put away". Does anyone know how long it takes until thehy take it out the PA registry??

Order your notes. If the MP checked and got the usual thing, then it is good. Usually if you are in interview than they tell it to you right away. So that is positive thing if they said nothing.

Email LVO!

I emailed them regarding returning my wife's documents in Mid November, they replied after 3 days that the documents have been located and are in process to be shipped back to Canada address. I got the documents back 2 weeks ago.

Is this the correct email LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca ?

I have received photo request again from the London visa office this time. I just mailed my photographs and required Schedule A form to CPC-Mississauga today. Should I mail the photographs again to the London office? I am seriously fed up!!!!

I mailed it to Mississauga office just today. It is not delivered yet. The last request letter I received was asking to send the documents to their office. I got an email from London visa office today

I applied for gcms notes on Dec 7 of this month. I haven't received any response.

my sis applied for them on dec 2nd n got it on dec 20th so u should get it tomorrow or monday
