thanks for response..
the LVO webforms inquiry says that they will not response in case if application has not yet exceeded from normal time.
If I do an inquiry will it effect my case ?

send inquiry on above mentioned email address.

write in Subject ; MOST URGENT - Applicant Name, File number and UCI number

actually whatever they sent you on September-14, you didnot receive yet, so this is a time passed case

no this will not effect your case, in fact they will come to know that you have missed some correspondence from them.

How do we find out when we will get our documents back?

Email LVO!

I emailed them regarding returning my wife's documents in Mid November, they replied after 3 days that the documents have been located and are in process to be shipped back to Canada address. I got the documents back 2 weeks ago.

Because these changes are recent not a lot of people have applied under this new rules.

You can provide them with all the items you have mentioned that show both of you have the same address eg credit card bills, ID cards, anything and everything that show's your both on the same address.. If you can't provide something like joint utilities etc you can explain to them in a cover letter. Some of these items please note are meant for "Common-Law applicants".

So as per spreadsheet, 2Calgary is the latest applicant to get Doc Request or PFL. Guess shouldn't be too long wait once LVO start working again...
