Guys, whats the best way to let LVO know that you're going to Pakistan to visit your spouse while your application is in process?

Do I just take pics of the boarding passes/tickets and send a CSE?

Plus there is a due date 2017/1/14 on there dont knw what that means

the only concern i have that it would delay my process to much .

Hi guys. what do you make of the recent trend where the sponsors approval for applicants Aug - Nov were done between 7-20 days. can we make anything out of this? Are they processing applications a little faster? I hope LVO is the same.

Looking at Shery's notes, I am probably in the interview queue too. I will order my notes, i need your suggestions

I am a nikah only case and I am getting married in December. Should I send all the pictures of marriage and inform them of Rukhsati after I get married or should i inform them now that I will be getting married on this date and provide them receipts of my tickets hall bookings etc?

I Recieved my notes today .Which states on the very first page Group Name : Interview Islamabad Paper
its kinna awkward as uptil now i have not have any communication from LVO.
On Page 6 under Eligibility Assesment Status : Recommend Interview
Status Updated : 2016/10/14

on the last page its says Recommend Interview to address BF concerns as indicated in notes below. Nikah and Divorce certificate for PA . Pakistani pc(nrt) on file. Photos from wedding and outing provided, proof of correspondence as well

i had a proper engagement year before(gave them pics)
nikah proper (gave them pics)
Wedding/Rukhsati (gave them pics)
Mehndi both side (gave them pics)
plus we knew each other since 2013 worked together as well picturesof her with family are also given plus a bundle of 50 pages of conversation proof

it seems they just to ini mini myni mu catch a applicant by the toe and the one caught get these odd requests

If you look at the spreadsheet, they have almost everyone from Mid April to Mid june for additional documents.

I believe eligibility has been passed. Btw did you order notes, recently? That should give you clarity.

It's good news since they only start doing background checks once the eligibility has passed (meaning no interviews!). Congrats.

not true. there's no quota for spousal apps. the immigration levels plans that McCallum creates every november are for budgeting purposes.

Yes that makes the case straight forward. Most normal Pakistan cases have this as it goes in accordance to our culture.
