U will be getting sponsorship approval in 33 days.. aftet which ur file will be transferred to London.. and once its there you will get in process on the applicant side in ur ECAS.

Guys I need some help about how the online File tracking works.

My Aplication Online says.

Receieved your application: Oct.25
Statrted Working on it: October 31.


Sponsorship Approval says: In Process

How long will it take for transfer to Lvo and what will be the update on my online "my application"?

Hi,

They started working on my application Oct 27th and I already got the approval and the file transferred to LVO but it is not updated yet in online system. You can expect your approval in next couple of days if there isn't any redflag.

Admin's,

Alhamdulillah Sponsor approval is received. So the myth about print out of Option C is gone. If you don't have any option C print out from CRA just explain the reason and the application will be approved. Indeed I was scared earlier that they may reject sponsor approval as I was not having option C print out and I was not there in Canada since 2 years.

When did CPC Missisauga recieve his file?

Application was received on the 12th of October. They started 'processing' application on the 19th and decision was made/communicated to him on the 26th of October.

This is what my, .i.e. PA application status looks like:

I have been keeping an eye on the spreadsheet. But now it has completely changed.
All of the PK applications data has been removed from the sheet, after April 2016.
Also I would like to add my details to the list too.
Please let me know the procedure.

So I contacted my MP and he got back with the following update:


* The application was received at the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M), Ontario on September 10, 2015.
* The medical examination results are on file and valid until October 6, 2017.
* All the assessments have been completed. However no final decision has been made as of yet.
* As per our current processing times<tp://ww.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp>, it may take up to 24 months to finalize the application. However, processing times indicated on our website are approximate, and can vary with each individual case.

fs2015, Insha-Allah you will get PPR soon. Could you please help me brother, I have a question for you.

My wife got Re-med request on Sept 13 via email sent from New Delhi Medical office. She got Re-med done on Oct 19 at Karachi IOM. Then surprisingly on November 2 she got an email from LVO stating that the "application has been processed to the stage where medical examination results are now required". LVO attached imm 1017e to the email and gave instructions to complete medical in 30days.

When she did re-medical on Oct 19, Karachi IOM informed her the results will go directly to New Delhi and they just gave her a payment invoice and nothing else. Now we are wondering who should we contact to get the medical results forwarded to LVO. Is there a medical completion reference number or something we can email to LVO?

I see fs2015, wazim87, flx2015, fastnzy all got re-medical request (from New Delhi I assume) in mid Sept, around the same time my wife did.
Could these members please comment on their experience with re-medical and guide me on what to do next. I would really appreciate it.

Send LVO your remedical receipt via email. They should be able to locate it.

flx2015 is exporting the data from the pak spousal spreadsheet to the london spreadsheet, hence the color changes. It should be back to normal soon, though. And I don't see any removed info... timelines after April 2016 are still there.

My ecas status is showing Decicion Made on the sponsor side and the applicant sides.. what does that mean? I didnt receive any notification from CIC...

I am PR living in toronto.
I got my Nikkah in May and the marriage is next year July
all documents in the document checklist are obtained
pcc
birth certificates
nikah nama registered english
lot of ceremony pictures with family and friends/
Logs of chats and calls for proofs of relationship
etc. etc.

want to apply for my wife's immigration.

Please help with your advises.
also do you guys recommend a good consultant?
