Hey guyz... Just have a question for anyone who can answer, they asked me proof of residency on 12 September and said they would make a decision in 30 days but now it has been over that time and I still haven't received any email. Can anyone please tell me until when can I expect their final email... getting frustrated. Please if anyone could answer, Thanks.

What your mycic account says about background checks?
Mine still say not started...

Maybe they said 30 working days? Show that email to your MP and ask him/her to inquire from lvo

Mine still say not started...

Im not able to attach my application but medicals and background checks have passed, the MP told me of that this morning- That everything is complete and now its just up to the immigration officer--

Maybe they said 30 working days? Show that email to your MP and ask him/her to inquire from lvo

I already spoke to my MP- she said that ur case is very within process times which is 24 months and it is being processed faster- and everything has been passed its just the proof of my residency that he asked for- it now depends on the officer how much more time does he require--

We will check with our MP too regarding background checks...

Called CIC this morning and they sent me the Sponsorship Approval confirmation and informed me that the file has been ported over to LVO - Alhumdulillah.

Can you please update the spreadsheet:

Sponsor Approval: 30th Sept 2016
(as per date on confirmation letter - also must be some sort of record)

"In Process" on ECAS: It says in process on ECAS but not quite sure when the status changed.
Location: Islamabad
Notes: Upfront Medical done on 22-Aug-2016
Destination City: Calgary

Spreadsheet updated. Took "in process on ECAS" date as 15th Oct.

hi.

I did some mistake on imm 5669. I sent correct form email through case specify email. Email is enough or i have to mail it to LVO? If it is necessary please tell me LVO address. My spouse got SA email last week its mention my application is transfered to LVO for further process.

Whats the date you got thr rprf request? Need to put in the spreadsheet?

You must pay the rprf and send the receipt to LVO as soon as possible.

You will most likely hear from LVO within few days. You sent proof of residency by regular mail and web form. It should have reached them. You couldn't link your application to MyCIC otherwise uploading the employment letter and a couple pay stubs would be enough. I suggest you sending an email at "ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca" <ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca>, mark the subject line urgent and attach your employment letter and a couple recent pay stubs and write in the email that you already sent the required documents by regular mail and web form but despite passing 30 days time, no response from LVO. Lots of prayers. Passing through the same emotions of being separated from wife and little baby, so understand how you feel.

I communicated with LVO at the above email address and sent them boarding passes and few pics, my documents reached them successfully and I got a reply from them.
