Thank you for your detailed answer, I appreciate, +1. Also if you do not mind, please could you clarify regarding the spouse educational documents. Really scared in sending original documents. Can send photocopies attested? Also same goes for NIC and birth certificate.

The only original document you need to send would be Urdu Nikkah Nama with English Translation. The rest, you can send attested/certified copies of NIC, Birth certificate and Education documents such as Degrees and DMCs.

Hi Guys,

I actually don't see a requirement for educational documents at all for spousal. Please correct me if I'm wrong? Also Q13. on the Supplementary Information for Pakistani Nationals asks about where your sponsor has been residing since your sponsorship application was submitted. What does that mean? As in, I haven't submitted my sponsorship application yet so how can I say where he has been living since then... or are they asking about his current place of residing?

Please help soon guys, I want to courier my doc in another hour or so.

Who are those applicants receiving PPR directly without add doc request..
What is so special in their files...?
While others receives add doc request for things already given initially with the file..

Hello, i have a quick question.

I was asked for additional documents and one of which is proof of maintained communication. Some of you suggested a way for me to download my chat history from Facebook. My question is, would it be alright if I copy and past my chat history into a word document, print and send? Or take screenshots of the downloaded copy, paste the screenshots to word, print and then send? The reason im asking is if i simply copy and paste from the downloaded chat history into word, i can edit it ... Does that take away from the authenticity of it ?

Which one of these options should i follow through with?

Don't overthink things. You can send your communication however you like (i.e. screenshot, word docs, etc). If someone wants to cheat the system, they will. Don't spend too much time getting too deep. If CIC has follow-up questions, they will/can ask. For now, send them what is required.

P.s. In this day in age, everything can be fabricated: What'sapp chats, FB chats, call logs etc. Just be honest with what you send.

don't bother asking because all you'll get in response is "my case was strong". like others have said before, most of the times it just depends on who your visa officer is and how much of a rush they're in. the bottom line is that CIC also makes mistakes sometimes; i've seen people get asked for documents they had already sent with their application.

most september applicants got DM in under 7.5 months, but your case took 9.2 months. jealous?
