I never order or request for GCMS, Do i need it.

Its not like you need it, it's your choice if you want to know the detail activities on your application and wanna know if you passed eligibility and background check etc, and plus what I said previously regarding medical.
you will get to know lot of information.

hey F.M plz tel me my madical expire on 29 June and I am applicant 20th Nov 2015 and 7 month complete on 20 June 2016 bt no doc reqst no madical reqst and DM yet plz tel me how much more time

U need to wait because non of the nov applicants haven't yet received any doc request or re-medical.
Cic have been very slow over the past few months and broken their pace.
If u are just so curious abt it then order notes or try contacting ur MP for further guidance towards ur case as in
In which stage ur case is for example eligibility,background checks or whatever

hello everyone aslamaualikum
I have queck question abiut deiving licenese i am going to montreal QC on spouse visa in july i have 4 years pakistani driving licncess from here as iam living in islamabad now do i need to varify my liecnese from here or from pakistan high commession montreal i spoke to montreal driving issuence authority but they said as long as ur driving liecnes in english we dont need any varyfication any one has idea whats true and what is accurate procedure for converting my driving liecnese to candian i will be greatfull

when she rang there they took about 8 to 10 minutes on hold
and then they said this applicant has passed his eligibility and now we don't want anything from him and my case move forward to background checks let's see when they will contact me
since 5th of the may 2016 my file in Background checks according to gcms notes

Can anyone pls advise how much time LVO usually takes in "Back Ground Security Check" after re-medical? My re-medical was done on 12-May-2016 and through MP we came to know that my file is under "Back Ground Security Check".

Can anyone pls advise? Tnx

HRK is right.as we are seeing currently,London visa office is currently working on oct applicants so you have to wait for at least a month before u get a medical request. You can order notes if you want to get a clear picture of where your file is currently standing.

So i will just received acknowledgment of application in 30-40 or it includes sponsorship evaluation too? Whats next?

First they will send the acknowledgment that they received your application on XVZ. and after at least 10 days they will approve you as sponsor inshALLAH and will inform you.The total time for sponsor approval is 46 days.so you will get acknowledgment and sponsor approval within 46 days inshallah.
