I am waiting since feb 2015
And seeing August/sept/oct 2015 gets their visas
CIC is messed and messing up our lives
Sorry but angry because system us completely not fair

i am also Feb 2015 applicant putted on ''interview queue'' status shows as in process since august no idea when they will send interview call.

Hope everyone fine.
I was lost one of my old passport and have police report etc and embassy in UAE issued me new passport.
My question is that in application I need to attached old passport copy too with visa was stamped on that passport ?
Or only new passport copy.

My Interview done on 16th of March In Islamabad.. After that till time my application is in process... after how much days normally status changed?Huh

Dear Brother Tahir,
Please don't lose hope. We need to be strong at such occasions.
I understand you will be going through a surgery in June. Moreover, looks like you are an IT guy, you should understand the things better than others.
Imagine (applicants of all countries addressed by the LVO) every one is sending them emails and documents. To me, unfortunately it looks like they have less staff and they are over burdened. They often misplace a lot of information. It is evident from the fact that a lot of people were unable to get back their original documents.

Your marriage is legitimate and you need NOT to worry, I'm confident that you will receive a positive response (inshallah).

If I'm you, I will compile a PDF document with all of the information that you posted previously as a proof of your marriage, honey moon etc.

I will send them an email on every alternative day with urgent in the subject and "email that your case may refused in the body" and PDF document with rukhsati and honey moon details in the attachment by saying that please pass it to my visa officer. (May be I'm wrong, but I'm sure this way at least your visa officer for sure will get the additional requested information)

This is a right time to put a little bit of more effort instead of getting worried and losing hope. Do a bit more (may be post them all the stuff again) I can ensure you, inshallah you will receive a positive decision made very soon.

I provided them all the proofs that Rukhsati/Walima/Honeymoon happened and they acknowledged that. My contention is if they push us and say they will make decision in 30 days then why the heck they are not making the decision. It is not a rocket science . Just the freakin clerical *censored word*. Lousy freakin whities.

I had my interview done on March 17, 2016 and LVO said that relationship with my sponsor is fine and found to be genuine. Now they are in process of my security checks and ackground checks etc. can anyone tell me how much time does it take

Anyone mind sharing his/her thoughts/experiences on this.

My dear friend don't stress ur self the minimum time period is 4 months for wife case and maximum is still 17 months, but I don't go with 17 months coz there r very very few applicants who stands in this line. I understand ur frustration and tension but plz at keep 7-9 months processing time just to make ur self reaxl. My case took 8 months. And plus u can only pray ALLAH knows better and wo kehty h na Jb b kahin ka Dana Lani naseeb mei o bnda wha tbi pohnchta h. So don't stress ur self it's not gonna help u right. IN SHA ALLAH u will hear a good news very soon. Ameen sum Ameen

Is there anyone who can contact mercy? this spreadsheet is not updated and i told mercy to open the spreadsheet so that everyone can update their info time to time but i think he is not visiting the forum for a long time. i think we need to make another spreadsheet because this one is seriously killing me things are not moving at all.

i always check my ecase status from my name and they stated IN PROCESS and 4 lines.but today i put my wife info and i saw IN PROCESS Two times one was sponsor person and second was permanent resident.is this normal or what i am confused.please seniors explain it.Thanks

Dear how come you know that you've passed your interview ? I mean you sent any e-mail or what ?
