In sponsorship for spouse, degrees don't matter. But its good to get those degrees attested. You can go to any court/kach-hery for notarizing the documents. CIC has different criteria for different people, sometimes they want to have the original with the application, sometimes just the Xerox copies will do fine, and in some cases they don't bother any degrees. But its better, to attache the originals and their Xerox copies(attested by the Notary Public Officer from the court/kachery).

Matric and inter certificate attested first from board , then IBCC and foreign affair and in case of university degree it should be attested by HEC.
Never go to katchery etc for degree verification.
Note:don't hire any agent always go by your self or your blood relation. If any problem inbox me I will guide u

No I have not. They don't reply even acknowledge that they have received my additional documents.

LVO asked for following additional documents on March 01, 2016:
1. Urdu Nikah Nama & English Translation.
2. Proof that Rukhsati & Walima were celebrated.

I provided them Nikah Nama and Rukhsati/Walima pictures and honeymoon pictures and proof that I did travelled to Pakistan. I also provided them Western union original receipts as a proof that I consistently support my wife financially. BUT THEY JUST DON'T REPLY.

According to FEDEX they received my additional documents on March 10, 2016.

Wait is a tough thing. I hope & pray my wife gets visa before the medical expires on July 15, 2016.

My case is 100% genuine. The only reason I voted for Liberals is because of their pro immigration agenda and reforms. I will wait for another month if they don't reply I will go to my MP''s office and try to escalate.

For degree's verifications, yes one has to go for boards and universities and HEC. But for attestation one can go for Notre Public Officer, without any doubt. I did more than 20 different cases for immigration/sponsorships, never had any issue at all.

Documents can be attested by any 17 grade or above or anyone who's authorized can attest the documents. In my case family doctor attested the documents and CIC did not object.

I believe one person can take 10,000 Canadian dollars with him/her in cash maximum (just for one single person). Now you can calculate, how many number of people are you to travel as a family...

I am done with interview on 16th of march, After how much time decision will be made?

how was interview ? Before interview were you requested to pay PRF fess and for re-medicals ? Did not officer tell you that she/he will e-mail decision with in 4 weeks ? they took your passport ??

I had interview too , I was asked to pay my fees and medical before interview , she told me she will e-mail me in 4 weeks .

Hi...i submitted my passport on 1st of March...and on Friday, 18th of March..i checked my status through my tracking id that my passport has been dispatched from Islamabad visa office on 18th of March...will I be getting a message to collect my passport till tomorrow? Or it can be further late?
