Hey guys I am so excited. I just bought a jadoo box to watch t20 matches. That will be fun. I lost interest in cricket and Pakistani stuff 12 years ago when I moved to Canada.

Try to get back now.

I lived in Toronto for 6 years initially and then moved to Calgary in 2010.

Calgary worked for me far better than Toronto. More jib opportunities... lesser people.... better wages.... and more importantly nicer people.

Toronto really sucks. Sometimes I regret why did I waste 6 years of my life in Toronto.

Sure... What do you want to know about Calgary? Our timelines are pretty much the same. My wife's file was transferred to London on October 30 as well.

No , PR has to be in Canada to file application. Only Canadian citizens can submit spousal case and stay with their spouses as long as they want

Don.t do this mistake.your case will be refused.

Yes upfront medicals are the must. Your family will have to undergo medicals. But I will suggest to get them done at the very end which means first get all the documentation ready an get them done just 1 week before filing the case.

1 if your case is unsuccessful they will retain $75 and the rest of the money will be refunded.
2 second option no money will be refunded case will send to visa office,.
please guide me which one to tick.

Go with refund (option 1), because if they find you ineligible to sponsor and you still choose to forward the case. The case will be processed at LVO but there is a good chance it will be refused. And you won't get the money back.
Not sure if this choice makes any difference on the application itself.

can somebody guide me how to get birth certificates for my children and Frc from nadra in pakistan.
did they issue frc on same day or later.my children age are 12 and 10.

When they ask for western union transaction receipts, it doesn't have to be western union. Whatever means you use to send money to pakistan, money gram, ubl transfer, western union, make sure to ask for original receipt.

When you send money to you family by someone's hand, for example if your relatives or friends take money from canada to pakistan, it will not count because there is no trace for it. So make sure you collect solid proof!!

In most cases re-med is at the discretion of visa officer. Sometimes they will extend it, other times they will ask you for re-med. They will send you information if you require remed. No you will not need new police clearance and make sure to get polio vaccination certificate before going for medical.

Birth certificates u can get from ur union council office where the births of ur children are registered!!!

For FRC Simply go to Nadra office pay 1000 fee they will give u a receipt token number . Wait for ur turn!

It's an easy process, they will fill up the form n ask u to verify the spellings and date of birth n it will ne done in few minutes! !!

I took my I'd card only with me I remember!!!
U can also take ur marriage registration certificate and b form of ur kids from union council to avoid any delay n time!!!
Even though they are not required!!!

Ur wife has I'd card with ur name???

If I am sponsoring my wife she is in Pakistan. If we are submitting her orignal education certificates does it still require attestation. Please help.

In sponsorship for spouse, degrees don't matter. But its good to get those degrees attested. You can go to any court/kach-hery for notarizing the documents. CIC has different criteria for different people, sometimes they want to have the original with the application, sometimes just the Xerox copies will do fine, and in some cases they don't bother any degrees. But its better, to attache the originals and their Xerox copies(attested by the Notary Public Officer from the court/kachery).

I believe one person can take 10,000 Canadian dollars with him/her in cash maximum (just for one single person). Now you can calculate, how many number of people are you to travel as a family...
