Hy everyone.
Can someone please help me it's urgent.
I was old resident of UAE and cancel my visa and now in Pakistan from last one year. Problem is my police certificate from UAE, now I tried from last 4 months but didn't get it because as per ministry of foriegn affairs UAE website one can get police certificate only if he have active visa in and physical in UAE.
Now please guide me what I can do ?I have chat screen shots of ministry of interior UAE about this statement.
With the application what I have to write as explanation letter ? Can someone help I will be thankful.

Brother I tried everything it's also not working.
As UAE ministry of Interior is said u need active Emirates I'D with Valid visa go get police certificate

If you live outside of the United Arab Emirates: (but have lived in the UAE for more than 6 months)
You may either apply:

In person if you are back in the UAE OR ask a representative (a friend, relative or colleague) in the UAE, with a power of attorney, to apply on your behalf at the police department in your emirate (see Special notes and considerations for complete list)
You can apply at the nearest UAE Embassy
By express mail
You or your representative must bring/send:

A set of fingerprints certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in the country where you currently live
A copy of your valid passport
A copy of your former Emirates ID card
A copy of your former residence visa
Two (4x6 cm) photographs
Applicable fees

Not so early... I just got it done yesterday from Lahore. It takes 10 days ... What the trend is showing on this forum...

I m hoping for the best as well..

I need urgent response to a query. Please help if anyone knows about this. Let me illustrate the scenario first. Applicant's passport has been submitted to the Islamabad Visa Office for Visa. But now Sponsor is threatening applicant that he will divorce the applicant (wife). I would like to know what sort of security does applicant have at this stage of case. Can sponsor cancel the case at this stage? Applicant wants to go to Canada so that she can settle the score so to say. Please advise asap

All I know about law is that once Applicant lands to Canada and gets Conditional PR then she would be well protected under the Canadian Law.

Well.. I know an incident in which (wife) flew to canada but at the port her husband refused to take her responsibility and canadian authorities sent the girl back to pakistan...without even bothering!!!

Applicant can withdraw the case anytime he or she wants to...

Other senior members can better advise...once the applicant gets the PR then he or she is safe and we'll protected!!!

Can anyone please tell me how long will it take to get our passport back along with visa . My husband submitted his passport 9 days ago. How much more time ??? Thank you

Yeah that's true coz sponsored person gets 2 years temporary PR that means if sponsor divorced sponsored then sponsored(applicant) has to go back. They have to have stay together for 2 years otherwise applicant have to go back to their country.

not really, I knw some one who sponsored their husband n when the husband came to Canada they were separated soon n then were divorced after a year but the applicant never went came to his country, not sure what he filed or did to stay but he was not forced to leave canada

"Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has introduced amendments to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (the Regulations) which apply to spouses, common-law or conjugal partners in a relationship of two years or less with their sponsor and who have no children in common with their sponsor at the time they submit their sponsorship application. The sponsored spouse must cohabit in a legitimate relationship with their sponsor for two years from the day on which they receive their permanent resident status in Canada. If they do not remain in the relationship, the sponsored spouse’s status could be revoked. The conditional measure only applies to permanent residents whose applications are received on or after October 25, 2012—the day that the amendments came into force. "
