Hello guys! I hope everyone is well.

I just have a quick question. My original Nikah nama was in English and Urdu both combined so do I still need to get it attested?

I am asking this since the Nikah nama is stampled with the Rawapindi Cantt board and I also have the marriage certificate from Nadra. Thanks

Although the guide specifies originals, some people have submitted certified true copies of the originals and have not had any issues.
There have been issues with people not receiving their original documents in a timely manner or even documents missing.
Personally, my wife has received her visa 2 months ago but has not received any of her originals back and CIC has not responded to any of my inquiries!
Yes, IMM3907 pertains to spousal sponsorship.
There is also an FAQ for sponsors sponsoring Pakistani spouses in my signature below.

Whatever documents you send with application, get photocopy and norized it, also whatever document is in other than English language, get translated it in English if you choose English as your 1st Language in the application. You don't need you original documents to get attested (just the photocopy to be notarized).

Translation and attestation are two different things. You must get attested your documents including Nikkah Nama from foreign office.

Kindly any one tell me what are routine months when immigration officer visit Islamabad Pakistan to conduct interveiw

My wife got the email from LVO and they requested the 4 new photographs
that was in the letter
"This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. You have submitted

photographs which do not meet our requirements. Please provide four (4) new photographs which meet .
the specifications. We require these photos for you and each of your dependents on the application."

Hope this help. If you already sent the application they will ask you for new photos.

They conducted interviews in November and I have seen some members have been scheduled for January 2016, They used to have every three months before but it seems it has changed now. I believe they are speeding up the process.

Hello friends
My remedical was done on Dec 17.
Already decision made on Nov 21...
Should I send the receipt of medical voluntarily to cic or wait for them medical to be updated??
And before I was doing job in Saudi Arabia. ...
N after decision made I took final exit from saudi arabia n came to pakistan...
Should I send my final exit translated documents as well as police clearance to them voluntarily? ?
Would it help?
Or must wait for cic to correspond?

There is one applicant here on the forum who has gone through this situation she won the appeal and it seems it took her a year to get through. you can scroll backwards on this forum and see for yourself and maybe PM her to collect the information. Good Luck

I did search for that member and the name is Yana, the case was rejected and then they won the appeal. You can contact them. Good Luck

it took seven monthsin total to won the appeal.
