@esma and @Bubbles87, my wife medical was done on November 18th and got DM on December 7th. so around 2-3 weeks

Each new day starts with new hopes but ends with same result

I can understand your pain. Don't worry it will all end soon..!! Look at me, everything happened all of a sudden, there is always a reward ready by ALLAH after a patch of patience. Just keep praying to ALLAH everything will be ok.

It also depends on the VO who is handling your case, my VO was kind enough to atleast reply to my case specific enquiries, I know others are not like that. Have you ordered notes lately.? I think wait for 2 more weeks and order notes straight away to see what happened after they received your passport copy.

Salam everyone... Alhamdolillah Alhamdolillah I would like to share a Very good news with you. Mashaallah my wife has collected her Passport with visa. Shuker Alhamdolillah Allah ka ehsaan. Our wait for 1 year, 8 months and 14 days is finally over. Thank you all who helped us time to time with all kind of questions from very silly to very important ones with extreme patience. Below is our time line please update the worksheet, ;D

1st Medical upfront March 2014
In-Process August 25, 2015
Re-Medical Req September 28, 2014

Landed Inshaallah Soon.

May Allah make it easy and fast for all my 2014 companions and 2013 specially. Off course keep them coming for 2015s too Inshaallah.

All you brothers and sisters should be really grateful that your case is being done in London and not Pakistan. Can you just imagine them turning things around and your cases being done in Pakistan and taking 39 months. We applied in 2010 and our case got final in 2014, so it was a very long time for a lot of people whose cases were being done in Pakistan. I pray all that apply get their cases done soon In Sha Allah...Patience is the key to all this...Only Allah knows better..

You have the right to appeal, they don't just reject the case on basis of your answers, there has to be a big reason for it. A loop hole or misrepresentation in the case.

You have the right to appeal, they don't just reject the case on basis of your answers, there has to be a big reason for it. A loop hole or misrepresentation in the case.

How long it take after appeal??

Please help me. i have sent all my documents to my sponsor approx 1 month ago.now he has to pay the fees.all of our documents are complete but today i saw on cic website that they have changed the photo specification.my application is almost complete what should i do should i send the forms as it is or should i take new photos?

Question for senior members!!

Application transferred to London on dec 14, and on ECAS it says "in process" so basically stage one is done!

Anyone have any idea if all documents submitted ( complete package) , how much time will it take to complete the stage 2? thanks

If application is not submitted yet. Get the photographs done send to Sponsor person and then send the complete package CPC-Mississauga. If the file is already transfer to London Visa Office then they will contact the Applicant for new photographs.

As long as the case is not submitted I recommend to follow the new specifications. You can still send the old photos they might in the middle ask for them again or it might even get unnoticed if the change is not a major one.
