PPR Request : November 12th
Those still waiting for PPR request after DM, I would suggest you to send an email to LVO. I sent an email yesterday and got a reply back today with PPR request.

hello guys..
i know this question has been answered so many times earlier..but until your application is not at the certain step, u don't tend to pay much attention to such questions...lol so sorry in advance...just a quick question...when you fill up the Appendix A form for passport submission you just put principle applicants info which in my case is my husband and leave the spouse/partner (me) or kids info blank...right? just confirming...
ps i'm sponsoring my husband...

Only the principal applicant is needed. Do not fill out spouse's info unless they are accompanying them (I believe).

Everyone please advise me what should I do further....

My wife is visiting me now a days and mistakenly my son's birth certificate doesn't have my (father) name written on it...as she's here in pakistan so I am sure it's not going to be an easy thing to rectify without her presence there in canada....

What else I can provide them to my fatherhood e.g if I submit them those forms which my wife sent them for child benefit? My name is written in every other paper? Will it serve the purpose?

2ndly, she applied from quebec but she didn't applied for CSQ after receiving approval of the sponsor from CIC....
can she submit my forms for CSQ online and how long would it take to get that CSQ?

Somebody is advising to go for DNA test simply and forward the report to cic?

Please advise what would be more appropriate and authentic?

Any other proofs if anyone has any idea please share...

AlhamduliLLAH my wife got PPR today !! Soo happy .... its exactly been 5months today from when we submitted application,, never expected it to be that super fast . They never asked us for any additional document. Allah ka bohat shukar
