I am new dont know much about how to use this system but see below my timeline... I have seen some people applied few months later than me has seen there files processed already, can you tell me what could be the delay in my case. I am canadian Citizen and this is my 2nd marriage first one ended in divorce in 2010 and I remarried 2013. Thank you for help.

Dear fellows,
i need some information and guidance. I applied for my spouse sponsorship from quebec. My time line is as follows.
Applied: 13th april 2015
AOR received: 5th may 2015
file transfered to LOV: 4th june 2015


Is it necessary to stay in quebec till my spouse gets visa or i can move in any other part of Canada as i have got job in another provence. I am planing to apply and wait to get CSQ before moving.

No, its not necessary. You can definitely move around.
But if you have not provided CIC with your email then make sure you keep checking your postal mail for any correspondence.

if you want to strong your case get a rukhsati done and take a photos of every moment specially when she is siting in car, pic while signature on nikah nama and pic with your parents.

actually they observe every thing like dressing, behaviour of both while in shadi and after shadi.

I've been keeping up with this thread for a while. I will be going to Pakistan in November inshAllah to marry my cousin.

I had a question: We are planning on doing the Nikkah at a masjid and then a reception at hall after the Nikkah. The next day we will be having a small family dinner as the Valima. So would the photos for these events be enough for the sponsorship process?

yes you can as I do the same thing.

I am applying for my Wife but I only have Urdu Nikah Nama and Nadra Marriage registration certificate Do I still need get Urdu Nikah Nama translated to English.

We had rukhsati and I attached everything with my application. Can you tell me if the case is delayed due to second marriage and what should I do to find out actually at what stage my file is. It shows "Application Received" only and I did not receive any correspondence from them since May 2014.

Yes the validity of VISA is corresponds to the validity of medical.

Anyone on this forum with Re-re medical( re medical requested twice)??
Perhaps due to expiry of first re medical or due to some issues with th first re medical?
