Yes but I hope INSHA ALLAH they get it done by next week as time is running really fast end of next week would also start the end of July. Mid of August is the cut off time I will not let her travel after that although the due date is around 21 Sept by the doctor. INSHA ALLAH

Its best to order notes around 10th month or around the expiry of medical. Before that you would just see not started in all your assessments and everything would be untouched from the date of file transfer.

Okay thank you. Will wait a few months before requesting notes then.

Got a reply from LVO after my enquiry of why it was taking so long after all the checks were done. Also in the notes security screening was due on 18th of June 2015, why it is taking that long to clear someone from security screening.? What do they check in it.? If some one know so please tell me. Although the good sign is they are aware of providing PPR before the 8th month of my wife.

My visa officer SNF is a nice guy..!! He replied to my second enquiry within 2 days..! I sent the enquiry on Wednesday 8th of July 2015.

My visa officer SNF is a nice guy..!! He replied to my second enquiry within 2 days..! I sent the enquiry on Wednesday 8th of July 2015.

I have the same visa pfficer SNF processing my wifes file

I sent one on 27th June and they replied back on 28th June that was for documents, this time I ask for the status on July 8th and they replied today. I don't do anything particular but all my inquiries are by me (sponsor) and to the point with small description of my background. This is how I constructed my request, it might help someone:

I am inquiring about my wife’s case which went into processing on 20th May 2015 and we did complete medical with Xray on June 3rd 2015, we also got request for updated IMM5669 which we sent on 24th May 2015. After that we received our notes on June 15th which stated that our eligibility and criminality tests have been passed, only security screening is due on 18th June 2015.
We also got back our original documents on 28th June 2015, the purpose of this inquiry is to request VO to kindly grant her passport request as soon as possible as our case is near completion reason of that is my wife is pregnant and due on Sept 21st 2015 and travel restrictions would only allow her to travel till middle of August. The risk we took for doing remedical with Xray was only because our case gets finalized before the baby is born which is likely if we get the PPR soon.
Also I am working on contract for government, I wouldn’t be able to get a big leave also my parents are here in Canada so she will be well taken care of here during birth of our first child. Please take this inquiry as a request and grant her Passport request as soon as possible, please reply with the current status of her case.

Wow, thats a really nice news MaSha Allah. You will get the PPR soon InSha Allah. i am also waiting for the good news from LVO soon. As my wife did the remedical on 8 July. and i sent the requested documents on June 22. What do you think should i wait 1 more week before order the notes or do it right away?

I don't think so that will help, if your husband visited you or you travelled somewhere together and you have ample new evidences then I would say send them voluntarily, applying TRV in no way can be used as a proof of relationship.

What is your ECAS status.? and your timeline please.?
If your status is in process then end of next week order notes, you would get a pretty clear picture of what happened and what are the status of your background checks.

Those who received original documents back from CIC.... can you please share how they sens it back via Pakistani post or register ( DHL, TCS) or my family will receive in canada.
