Hi Friends,

Here is my timeline.

My wife is Canadian Permanent Resident.
Application received in Mississauga: 21-March-2014
After sponsor ship approval, file transfer to LVO directly: 26-April-2014
I didn't do upfront medical.
Received Medical request: 11-Feb-2015
Status changed to "in-process": 13-Feb-2015
Medical done: 24-Feb-2015
Status update "Medical results received": 7-Mar-2015
Request for re-submission of few forms: 2-May-2015
Send updated forms via email: 9-May-2015
Send updated forms via courier: 12-May-2015
Forms received by LVO as per tracking: 12-May-2015

Waiting for next step.

Can anybody advise what will be the next step and how long I should wait further? Tnx

Hi Everyone,
Who received the re-med request?

I got it for my wife yesterday. Booked an appointment by emailing name, application no, passport no., DOB, visa category and city you are located also attached the re-assessment email I got and also attached the letter I got in remed email to canmedpk @ iom.int

they replied within 24 hours with the appointment for June 3rd.

Thanks, I am still waiting for the response. I have seen they started working on next set of files. Couple of members already have the re-med assessment. I hope soon everyone start getting re-med. InShaAllah

nothing. No update. IN PROCESS since 27th jan 2015 and lvo doesnt bother replying

So your application is in Islamabad and has processed in islamabad in 29 months ,right ?? I was so much worried as my application is in Islamabad and not transferred to london .. means my application will be processed in Islamabad..So Islamabad still processing spousal cases as many said now islamabad is not processing , London is processing family cases, this gave me lots of tension why my application not shifted to london..Marium Congratulations to U , and yes a long journey.. for me its been 25 months since application was received to Mississauga.. no correspondence , still in que for review, came to know by notes and MP 1 month ago ..still waiting
Marium if u know other people who's case is in islamabad ,kindly let me know so that i can communicate with them..

There is no delay, 1st stage processing time is 55 days(Working on applications received on April 1, 2015).

they don't send the file number separate of early. it comes with the Approval of Sponsor. So, you have to wait till you get this letter.
