I submitted my application in December 2013

Application moved in Jan 2014 to LVO

In November 2014 LVO asked for re medical

In December 2014 LVO asked for a form which i missed, copy of passport bio page, height and eyes color.

Since then i am waiting for their response, it is already more than three months. My understanding was that it was PPR1 step and they will move me up to PPR2 step soon. Only twice LVO has updated the status once when they opened the file and second time when they received the medical.

Hi,
Can someone please tell me how to send passport to Islamabad Visa office. I recently got passport request from LVO that they require my original passport and they gave email of Visa Application office vfs, but i dont know how to send passport from there and how much money does it cost. Please can someone tell me the process of this. I have to send my passport tomorrow.

Can you please share your timeline? (When did you file the APP and when your file got transferred etc.)

Aoa,

I am about to send my spouse file for sponsorship. Can some one plz tell me how to download Skype and viber messages and calls history? is it possible to get the SMS messages history download too through some software?

For Skype....download the skypeview it generates all the logs for you.
For viber.....goto settings --> call and messages-->Email message history.....then you can retrieve and print the information

Hello Rana,
I read on this forum that it is a two step process for visa. ppr1 in which they ask for copy of the passport and other information like height and eyes color and then then they ask for original passport in ppr2 step.

So i assumed that because they asked for passport copy and all the above information, it was ppr1 step.

Before copy of the passport, they asked for re medical.

bak grnd check is big topi of LVO, when they say its mean they chk your patients not bak ground chk,its my experience they have quotas for different vos so when your officer have quota for you then he will issue you visa otherwise bak ground security chk ki topi

True, they told me about bg checks in January, it's April now n no clue.... Ur right! They just test ur patience...
Let's see when it will finish for us!

its game of luck v can not win CIC minds and they have many tactics to delay our cases , at the end it is only and only depend upon your visa officer quota if he have quota for you to accommodate then he will contact you otherwise many tactics they have.

my advice is that keep your all documents update and wait for them dont send many emails or inquiry to them.
