Okay thank you. My spouse is already in Canada on TRV i am not sure if he will get the PPR or the PR card.It takes 4 to 5 months, but all applications submitted this year are now getting ppr in 2 to 3 months .
Pr card comes later on , in your case you'll recieve ecopr first. Inform Visa office through webform about your spouse stay in Canada so that they can send you correspondence regarding virtual landing after your application is processedOkay thank you. I already did, we updated his address and contact number.Pr card comes later on , in your case you'll recieve ecopr first. Inform Visa office through webform about your spouse stay in Canada so that they can send you correspondence regarding virtual landing after your application is processed
My suggestion is to not inform them right now , as its is planned after 2 months. At this moment you dont have any pictures of you guys together and other proof like boarding pass, passport stamp etc which they always ask. After valima you can send it as additional voluntary information, which also may not be required as by that time you may have a decision on your application. Currently LVO is processing really fast dec, Jan and even some Feb applications have started getting prearrival & pprs.

Send a webform to ircc londonHi All,
I need some advice, i have read through all the recent posts here and i don't think any other situation is similar to mine, I have been in the immigration visa process for over 13 months now:
Spouse Paper Application Timeline:
Application Type: Outland
Initial Submission: 27/07/2022
AOR: 22/09/2022
Biometric Request: 21/09/2022
Biometric Submitted: 30/09/2023
Medical Request Received: 03/01/2023
Medical Passed: 11/01/2023
Background Verification Changed to "In progress" 23/04/2023
Eligibility: Completed - 23/04/2023
Contacted local MP for status - 24/07/2023
While all this process was going on i applied for visit visa 2 times:
1st visit visa: 15/10/20232022 (Mentioned Dual intent)
1st visit visa refusal: 02/02/2023
2nd visit visa: 11/06/2023 (Mentioned dual intent and the family reunification from parliament)
2nd visit visa refusal: 24/07/2023
I have asked for GCMS notes for all three application on 07/09/2023
I do not know what to do now, Its already over the processing times that IRCC gives online.
So I need advice on how to contact IRCC to ask how long my Immigration application will take?
Should i apply for visit visa again?
Any other steps i can take to bring attention to my application?
Thank you!
This is what the MP emailed me on 02/08/2023:I can send

Mp didn't told any thing about delay?
Have you contacted a lawyer yet? They can help you out with a writ of mandamus. This is essentially used to ask the courts to order IRCC to make a decision on your file quickly if it has exceeded the normal processing times:Hi All,

I also sent multiple web forms and only received generic replies, I doubt they even read the web forms.
I also called IRCC and just got referred back to the web form.

You may want to wait for a month or so before pursuing this option though. I was advised by my lawyer to wait at least 2-3 months after my application passes the 13 month mark before applying for this because then it shows immigration that you have waited a bit after your application had exceeded the normal processing time and also immigration may issue a decision on files within the next 2-3 months after they have passed the standard processing times.
