yes it will apply from now on, but you can always hope for the best, just think 12-15 months , which is same as previous time, LVO most probably finalize the files in 15 months , so dont worry, 29 months is just a scare.

Yes you can inquire, if you are lucky , you may get the response in a month, more chances are that they will ignore your e-mail

My suggestion would be , wait a few months and then apply for GCMS notes.

Salam Everyone!

I am a Nikkah only case and our file was transferred to LOV on July 30th, 2014. I am getting my Rukhsati and Valima done in early March 2015.

My question is should I send them the pictures and wedding cards, etc. as soon as my Wedding is done or should I wait until they contact me to send in more information. If I have to send in the information should I redo the forms or just send the pictures and wedding cards as they are with my File number?

Also since I am a Nikkah only case, the only way to get interview waived is by sending them proof of Rukhsati and Valima correct?

I was also a nikah only case. Mid December i got the rukhsati letter to go get it done within 30 days. I got it done!
I sent all the proof and then they sent me an interview letter 3 weeks later. There is no guarantee that the interview will be waived. But do send them proof your wedding now and inform them to update your file so that it elimnates your risk of you even receiving the letter. Congratulations in advance. My rukhsati valeema was last month! May Allah reunite every one with their spouses quickly. Ameen!

Interview scheduled for January 20, 2015."

interview done, in interview IO said that everything is ok they'll check background and then contact with me for PPR after 2, 3 weeks, but its 1 month now, no contact from them,
can anyone tell how much time i have to wait now?

It is very strange that your BG is yet to be done and Interview is conducted. Trend is seen that peopel who pass interviews get their Visas on the spot.
Send an email to your VO and ask for the status, you may contact your MP to serve the purpose.

@ ZAMEER2U AND HFHH13 … I didn't know this rule that to modify profile we should be past 8 post … I am also not that much old on this forum,,still learning and sharing my experiences .. As I am a doctor ,, its in my blood to guide in detail till the other person succeed to overcome his / her problem ( if I can guide ) .. its my pleasure to help..

they only asked question from info we already gave them, like about our marriage, about husband's job etc, all the questions are those which they already asked in application forms.. IO didn't ask a single question which is not in the application forms..

usually in process means they are doing background check and then it will be decision made once done.......
