NXR replied my enquire today saying....

"This application has undergone initial review, and now awaits the review of an Immigration Officer."

So what I get is that there are few steps involved

1) Initial review ...
2) Review by an Immigration Officer ...

What next...

Hey just wondering what did you write in the inquiry ? I applied in sept and sent in an inquiry but never got any response from LVO so just wondering what you wrote that they did reply to yours. when did you apply?

people who are july 2015 applicant ? and what is update how many get DM,PPR or anyone who receive to show more proof of relationship etc. email .please share your experiance

No updates so far. We applied in the beginning of July and I haven't heard anything from LVO since the transfer of the file.

I received my notes in January and they are waiting to review the eligibility as of November 2015 which was the date of last activity on our case.

There are a few members facing problems about return process of there original documents....would you please share something from your experience or may be share the contact of the person who is responsible to handle original documents in Pakistan, if it was useful for you ....Thanks

Thanks Murtaza..!! I shared that information the first day I receive it . But only contact him when you are sure that your document has been returned and they are returned to the Principal applicant in Pakistan. I got that information through GCMS Notes which stated that "original documents returned to PA" . Coz usually docs are returned to Sponsor in Canada.

In my inquiry I did not even used the word urgent as heading though it sometimes gets you an early response (they replied me after 30 days).
Here is what i wrote to them

"Dear Sir / Madam,
Kindly inform me the status of my applications
Thanks"

Anything from a couple weeks to a couple of months. In most cases, it takes on average about 3-4 Weeks.

how long after getting "in process" status does it take for LVO to schedule an interview if necessary? my app is in process on ECAS and i'm wondering when i can relax.

Im a June 2015 applicant...got DM in the start of december...and since then no response... :'(

Guys need assistance:

file received july: 2014
started processing: march 2015
medical done again: april 2015
they asked for biodata passport: august 2015
on ecas i checked August 30 2015 it says "decision made" since than nothing
just sit tight or ask for notes ???
my address has been changed, i send an email to lvo, is that good enough??

My visa officer is also JS , I've didnt heard from him more than three months
