Hey I sent additional documents on January-18th and have not heard back since then. has your Ecas changed to DM? when was your original application I don't think you have anything to worry about everything will go well InshaAllah

I am Sept Applicant as well and I got request for Urdu Nikah Nama as well last month which I submitted on 18th January. Haven't heard back since then, hoping for good news soon. Who is your visa officer mine is LJF.

Did he ask for the Marriage certificate or your Nikah Nama they are different, in my case I made a mistake and only submitted the marriage certificate and I should have submitted the Nikah Nama as well.

Hey Salaam,
It depends aap ne "use of representative" form fill kiya tha ya nahin? agar nahin kiya tha to applicant ko jaye gi email agar email address nahin ho ga to regular mail to the applicant's address. aap ne kab apply kiya aap sponsor hain ya person being sponsored? you can also change it after you apply. in my case I sponsored my wife and I made myself her representative so that all mails and emails will come to me as it will probably be safer and quicker to have mail come to Canada.

For the first part ( Sponsor Evaluation) Email will go to sponsor only and for the second part (Permanent residence application) email will go to you or if you assigned her as your representative or anyone else it will go to her. Aap ko abhi email nahin aaye gi koi unhi ko jaye gi for sponsor evaluation after about 2 months she will get sponsor approval us ke baad permanent residence ki processing ki email aap ko aaye gi aur un ko nahin aaye gi, unless she is assigned as your representative. hope that is clear. Dont worry about the Ecas anymore.. =P

And.. You are right, you just have to full the Principal Applicants info in Appendix A.. In this case, your wife!

Ok From what I Understand when you send in your application you have to send original Nikah nama and Original Marriage certificate ( I sent in only the Marriage certificate by mistake) so if you did not send both you need to send both Urdu Nikah Nama and the Marriage certificate you would have received the marriage certificate from your union council in Pakistan. Also if you are sending only the Urdu Nikah nama and you don't have the English Nikah nama with it I think you should get a certified translation and send it with the Urdu Nikah nama it says in the email as well. In my case I only sent in the photo copy of the Nikah nama when they asked for additional documents but if you have sent it already I hope you will get it back just make sure you have sent both the Nikah nama and the Marriage certificate. Good luck hope all goes smoothly and quickly.

:-\hi all. i need some assistance or guide line about my case. which was applied in Nov 2013.started processing in Dec 2013.
after tht many queries from London visa office. last email i receive in June 2015.for medical and police certificate. everything done. then came back from London to Pakistan. they asked in Oct 2015 for update schedule A form.after that long silence. no reply nothing. contacted with MP. receive reply to wait for security check. cant understand the situation. my fourth wedding anniversary is coming next month. e both are very stressed. anybody can help.
