Salaam brothers and sisters,

Today i checked ECAS (i check daily) and in the summary it changed and shows that they started processing our application on Nov 12, 2014 but on Aug 27, 2015 was the first time we saw in process under the current status. I'm not sure what to make of it?

Mercy the spreadsheet will need to be updated I guess to reflect the correct date?

No, I am using the date when people noticed the status change in ecas.

Sorry to see this delay in your file aswell. Mercy24 is a senior member who suggested to send a case specific inquiry, you can also send GCSM request which will take 30 days to come and show you what steps and remarks have been made on your file. I will also request if I did not hear anything next week, What is your ECAS status? Please provide your time line to Mercy24 he is maintaining a file for all of us.

send a case specific inquiry. i just noticed same with mine on ECAS and i sent them email and they replied within 1-2 days saying they are updating on their systems but not to worry if it doesnt change on ECAS
