This might be helpful and give you a starting point to start collecting the documents and preparing your application. I got my decision made quite swiftly with the help of Allah. I think I should share - Here is the list of supporting documents which I provided:

1. PR Card copy
2. Option C print out
3. Employment letter from employer
4. Bank statements confirming salary being deposited
5. Letter and Bank Statements from bank confirming your financial standing and that your spouse is now your joint account holder
6. Salary slips
7. Passport copy attested
8. Pages of passport showing travel to Pakistan (attested)
Identity and Civil Status document checklist
1. Original birth certificate of (Sponsored Spouse)
2. Original birth certificate of (Sponsor)
3. Original Nikkah Nama in Urdu attested

Educational Documents of Spouse:
5. Original General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Level

Please return the above-mentioned original documents to the following address once you are satisfied that the documents are original and true.
Police Certificates & Clearances
1. Police Clearance Certificate from Pakistan
*Police Clearance Certificate or any other place if lived more than six months.
Travel Documents & Passports
A. Travel Documents of Spouse
1. Certified Passport copy of the current and valid passport (get the copy of complete passport not just the first two pages. It helps the visa officer to identify your travel history which you have written in the travel history form.)
2. Certified Passport copy of all previous expired passports (same – get the copy of all the pages of the passport)
B. Certified Passport copy of Sponsor's previous expired passport
Proof of Relationship to Sponsor
1. Photographs proving my relationship with my sponsor (husband)

*We numbered each photo graph and then in the description we detailed who is sitting in the photo and our relationship to them in an excel file and then took the print of it.)
a) Engagement Ceremony
As explained in Question 14 of the form ‘Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire', Form Number: IMM 5490, about the engagement ceremonies held, the following are order of photos.
i. Engagement Ceremony – Pakistan
Six (6) photographs of the Engagement Ceremony that took place at my residence on <date> in city, Pakistan
ii. Engagement Ceremony – Canada
Five (5) photographs of the Engagement Ceremony that took place at my husband's house on <date> in city, Canada.
b) Pre - Marriage meetings/dinner
These set of photographs will serve as documentary proof to the answer of Question 9 of the form Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire, Form Number: IMM 5490 including:
i. A visit to his house with my siblings on <date>
ii. A dinner party arranged by my husband's uncle at his residence on <date>
iii. A dinner that took place at my husband's residence on <date>
iv. ETC.
c) Nikkah (Marriage) Ceremony
Fourteen (14) photos of our Nikkah (Marriage) Ceremony that took place on <date>
d) Mayoun Ceremony
Eight 8 photos of our Mayoun Ceremony that took place on <date>
e) Mehndi Ceremony
Six (6) photos of our Mehndi Ceremony that took place on <date>
f) Wedding Ceremony

b) Telus Account Summary of <my husband & sponsor>, detailing his use of the Mobile services and the same number through which he made calls to me while I was in <City>, Pakistan
c) Online record of my account with <mobile carrier: Ufone> which shows the number I own on which <husband> called on while I was living in (city, Pakistan)
d) Copies of telephone bills from my parents' numbers in <city>, Pakistan on which <husband> called often while I was residing there during our wedding preparation from <date> to <date>

b) Boarding pass of <husband,sponsor name> of his return from Pakistan to Toronto, Canada on <date>
c) Issued boarding pass of <husband,sponsor name> for his trip to <city> from Toronto
d) E-ticket of <husband,sponsor name> detailing his return to Canada after his wedding through Pakistan International Airlines (a new ticket was issued as <husband,sponsor name> extended his stay in Pakistan)
e) Online boarding pass of <husband,sponsor name> for his trip to <city> from Toronto on <date> through xxx
f) Certified copy of <husband,sponsor name>'s passport page with his entry and exit stamps to and from <city>, Pakistan
5. Documentary Evidence of Sponsor's Financial Support to Spouse
Since we got married, husband has added my name as a joint holder of his account with <bank name> so I could use the finances upon my choice and discretion whenever I wish or find the need to. Attached is the bank confirmation letter as a proof of the joint bank account:
