There is no update on our application after the medical exam in January. Although I have raised a webform but didn't get any reply so far. On the tracker, the eligibility and criminality have not been started yet.

If I remember correctly, you got your SA fairly late (December 2021 I think?). Unfortunately, I think because of that, the PA side of application probably just got started and might be a few months until you hear back. To my knowledge, they don't process the PA until the sponsor is cleared (please correct me if I am wrong).

Have you got in touch with your MP regarding this matter?

Yeah, we got SA and biometrics in Dec 2021 and medical in Jan 2022. So far we haven't contacted the MP. Since we are pregnant, therefore, this waiting period will is more disturbing an painful as a family.

You got BIL in late January, I would think when they complete your background check, you'll get DM. You've got Pre Arrival already so eligibility passed.

I submitted biometric fees in advance so we got our BGC completed within 2 months of applying.

Our lawyer sent an inquiry to the office but we haven’t heard back. Even ordered GCMS notes around 2 months ago, haven’t got those either

For GCMS send email to atip and tell them it has been 2 months i need the notes

London office was very fast it still should be because even on canada website it says processing time 12 months so you should talk to ircc over the phone

Usually eligibility and criminal takes place before medical

Feb 5: application received
April 16: starting processing your application
March 29: pay biometric fee
July 7: medical test requested
August 5: medical test completed
August 10: medical test received and passed
August 19: requested ADR (& we sent them on the same day)

Complete silence after that

July 2020 applicant here! got adr from lvo in December 2021 and submitted it in same month..after medical passed and gckey shows no update .. still shows we need additional documents to continue processing your application! even though i got notes afterwards and they did receive adrs and case agent left notes “Review Required” so i guess it is still waiting for review !! i am 2020 applicant so u wud think they would prioritize this! but no! eligibility in progress snd security not started yet!
