I don’t understand how 9 months is “hard to believe” since we’ve been waiting from Feb 2021 for an update, and we haven’t even received pre-arrival or decision made…

When was your medical complete, January 2022 or January 2021?

Our lawyer sent an inquiry to the office but we haven’t heard back. Even ordered GCMS notes around 2 months ago, haven’t got those either

Feb 5: application received April 16: starting processing your application March 29: pay biometric fee July 7: medical test requested August 5: medical test completed August 10: medical test received and passed August 19: requested ADR (& we sent them on the same day) Complete silence...

Medical is complete, background hasn’t started yet. Eligibility is in process
