Can you pls tell me that how many days given to you by LVO to submit "proofs of continuing relationships"? You have mentioned that they have requested for the same on 12-June-2015. Need to know days which they have given to you for proofs submission. (7 days - 15 days - 30 days - 45 days)?? Tnx

from the form RESIDENCY QUESTIONNAIRE for Pakistan national from 3907e, the following question.
does sponsor need to provide info from his/her birth?

"13) Please give the name of the countries where your sponsor has resided, your sponsor’s
complete address(es), and telephone number(s) in these countries, as well as period of
residence at each address since the time your sponsorship application was submitted".

This Residency Questionnaire form must be completed by the PRINCIPLE APPLICANT (Not Sponsor). And if the principle applicant is a minor child, the sponsor may complete this form.

In brief 3907e is a Part 3 of the sponsorship package which relates to the Principle Applicant only.

Actually, LVO asked me to send few updated forms and gave me 45 days to submit. Similarly, when LVO asked you to submit "on going relation proofs" they have given us timeline like (7 days - 15 days- 30 days - 45 days). This is what I'm asking. Tnx

They ask me for additional documents and police clearance certificate with 45 days time period thats all

Finally collected my passport today. Got the Visa and COPR Alhumdulilah turns out the COPR states that the visa has been issued on the same date as when it went into process. I wanted to ask if we can travel back to Pakistan anytime soon or do we have to wait for a certain time because under conditions it says you have to live with your sponsor for at least 2 years and the undertaking months are 36 which means 3 years. Also the document says its not valid for travel. Then what's the point of that copr? Haha. Oh and one more thing, someone told me they have kept dogs on security for people coming for immigration haha. WHY WOULD YOU SCARE PEOPLE LIKE THAT?

You can visit Pakistan as soon as you get your PR card which you will get within 90 days after your landing.
And you dont have to worry about Dogs as long as you dont have any meat item or any illegal item in your bags lol

Hello everyone,

I have a question, lets say I have my canadas visa before i got engaged and married and I file for spousal immigration after marriage normally and send it to London. Will I be able to visit my husband to canada from the visa I got before I got married and still go through normal immigration process?
