You can provide something from 2nd and 3rd category.
You will have to send some money to your wife or she can send you and attach the receipts. We personally attached moneygram receipts as proof of financial support. Also attach receipts of any shopping you did together after your marriage.
For the second proof you can change your relationship on social media such as Facebook. You make your relationship public by tagging each other as husband and wife. We also got our family members (parents or siblings) who attended the wedding to write letters to CIC saying that they attended the wedding on whatever date and it happened with their knowledge. Then they sign the letter with hand and attach that with your file.

The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if the sponsored person (the applicant) meets the eligibility requirements.
o the assessment for the applicant is still in process at the Canadian visa office in London, United Kingdom.

And my pa’s eligibility was in process since when my file was in Sydney
So how long more they will

Honestly, its taking time for alot of applicants. Just pray they complete our files within 12 months. Im not expecting anything until May

They received my Application on Apeil 11 2019..and file transfer to LVO 11 December..AOR2 6 Jan 2020 and pre arrival 17 Jan ..and Feb 01 passport request..
Coz I'm April 11 applicant i i have juat received aor2

I'm also april 11 applicant but nothing after aor2 they just ask for my police clearance nothing after that.
Why they have asked for your police certificate? Was it expired or any other reason.
