Afghanistan is whole lot better, afghani currency has gained better value against pak rupee

Currency is not really a good indicator, because if we go with that logic then Afghanistan is better than Japan too.

Afghani currency is higher than rupee because they banned the usage of Pakistani rupee in Afghanistan.

My application processing started on 3-Jan-2018 @ LVO

On 23-Feb-2018 LVO, Review of additional documents STATUS changed to we are reviewing the additional documents... provided

Does anyone has a similar situation before?

I'm losing my mind there isn't any traction for the June applicants not even bgc has started.... ... Work and hobbies aren't cutting it anymore and I'm getting really frustrated .... Aaaahhhh... they have recently updated many peoples ECAs with a similar message. its normal as far as i know because i have had that message from nov when they asked for schedule A, i think for some people they only updated this message now.

i think your application date is wrong on the spreadsheet, did you send your app in Feb 2017 or May 2017?
