For all those who received DM today (Nov 1) I am assuming that London VO will be sending out PPR requests, so we should only expect to receive those during UK business hours, right? Any ideas how long it will take?

Yes, all movement typically happens during London business hours. PPR usually comes within a week of DM, sometimes just a day or two. Check the spreadsheet and you'll get a better idea.

My spouse is requested remedical but islamabad IOM which conducts the medical, asking for a valid polio vaccination certificate. What is this? Can she still get vaccination to get that certificate?

Same happened with my husband. He went to a clinic, got the polio drops and then was given a certificate which he took with him to his medical exam.
