Still I m waiting for next step.

Did you receive an email? that your case is transferred to London UK.? also Did you submitted fees for application for permanent residence when you filed the case? like did you paid $550 + $450 (PR fees) as well.?

Its fine sending either/both methods, they usually update your file first with the soft copy. [at least in my case and makes sense since soft copy was received right away]

Seems they want the new forms from everyone.

Is the sponsor not in Canada anymore ??

Is there an option for sending express post using PakistanPost/CanadaPost ??

Courier address would have to be used if using courier service like fedex,ups, dhl, etc

Use Canada Post Xpresspost service.

I am the sponsor and living exclusively outside Canada. First, I will check with courier if they can deliver otherwise opt for Pakistan Postal service as they have express mail service along with tracking. Thank you!

Today I have sent new IMM1344 along with the copy of letters to Application Intake CPC – Mississauga via courier. I asked the clerk on the reception desk to double check with his supervisor if PO Box address could be delivered via courier, which he confirmed, saying since the address has postal code it will be delivered. The receipt has tracking number plus they will confirm the receipt of package via text message as well. Now, have to wait till Wednesday!!!

My Medicals are expired since April of 2014. I have already set an appointment for my spouse on 26 Sep, 2014. I am doing medical voluntarily. So they don't delay me any further asking for it.
I am just curious if this helps my case in anyway? or I am just wasting my money or time??? Thanks

I have researched and have read on some pages that if VO processing officer thinks that the whole process would complete within 15 months, he wont ask for re-meds and has discretion to extend the validity of previous medical to one whole year. But, in your case I am not sure what the status on ecase and on GCMS notes, however it seems fair enough to go for voluntary medicals.

Hi GISGeek, Thanks for your reply. I have a long wait ahead. It's a recent application and most likely in the process of eligibility determination. Have already ordered my notes 4 days ago. Medicals were done too early but since they were valid for one year and at the time of application, we decided to submit them (Expired in April 2014). I am almost certain that they will ask again. And were thinking to get this done. And if they need it again, then I guess I really don't have an option (With great Pity).

Hi i am canadian citizen i have applied for my husband sponsorship outland..i got cic approval and since we will b residing in quebec my husband got csq approval aswell ( quebec selection) now whT next? We wait? As he is in pakistan. And doc has been fwd to london visa office

I received an email this morning with two attached letters. The first one asks for the following but only the IMM1344 highlighted and second one specifically addressed to me with file No. requires the August version of IMM1344.
Extracts of first letter:
• Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM1344 08-2014 or later);
• Generic Application form for Canada (IMM0008 06-2014 or later); and
• Schedule A (IMM5669 12-2012 or later) – as opposed to IMM008 Schedule 1 (if applicable)

Extracts of second letter:
• You must provide a current and completed Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM1344) bearing signatures.
They have asked to send the form to this address
Application Intake – FCP
CPC ─ Mississauga / CTD ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 6100, Station A / CP 6100, Station A /
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4H4

I guess on this address having P.O. Box number, courier cannot be send. But if I send through normal mail it will take lot of days from Pakistan (2 week, I suppose)

Question: Should I send on the above addressed as they have asked or courier it to 2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300, Mississauga, ON, where I initially sent my package on August 6, 2014.

I received the same email. Please make sure the generic application form of the person being sponsored is also updated. I sent the form IMM 0008 (03-2014) but it should be (06-2014) according to the letter attached.
and send your signed documents to your sponsor in Canada and ask him/her to forward the forms to CIC.

Did you just send the IMM1344, the highlighted one?
I think we have to send both IMM1344 and IMM 0008 06-2014 as at the time we applied the latest form was IMM0008 03-2014.
And in my view, since CIC is currently working on Stage-1 so they have specifically asked for the relevant form for now but later when the file shall be transferred to London they'll ask for IMM0008 06-2014 again so it is better if we send it now along with IMM 1344 now.

Please let me know whats you take on this since the letter we have received is exactly the same.

I started the application filling process since May, 2014 and in July came to know that they have changed some of the forms so filled new ones. I am pretty much sure I filled the new IMM0008 form as well, but can't say 100% sure because my desktop computers is down where I have saved filled forms and scanned copies of docs. Moreover, in the second letter which was exclusively addressed to me had only IMM1344 highlighted, so I have sent that form only. I am myself a sponsor and living exclusively with my spouse, ours is a out land application.

When did you send your application? I have only sent them IMM1344 as they have exclusively asked for it. I dont think at stage 1, they just only check IMM1344, but all the forms as well. You better send them all the new forms if yours were old.

If the principal applicant is your spouse (which usually is the case), you do not need that $550. Basically, if you are sponsoring your spouse, the fee would like this according to my understanding:

Principal applicant $475
RPRF $490
