If the medical has expired, they can potentially ask for a remed after BGC are in process. Most times they extend the remed, if they are close to making a positive decision on your application. It really varies from application to application.

If they haven't asked you yet, most probably they won't ask you. Just be prepared for the case that they do.

I hope they extended it.

They have extended mine..but its simply showing under medical section...valid until...nothing specifically in notes

My notes showed the VO requesting for an extension and then receiving an approval for the same in the last few pages of the notes

My wife contacted to MP and he contacted to Mississauga Office, he said my wife is completely ok and everything I have provided them, they have received and nothing is required now and its been 3 months my file has not been transferred to LVO because of overload of application, but it will be transferred to LVO soon.

Does anyone have experience of getting US work visa after getting their Canadian PR? Is it difficult to get one as we are citizens of Commonwealth country?

the delay sucks. i wonder why they don't send it to any other visa office. apparently they have a system to transfer files as per cic.gc.ca

No experience but it sounds attainable

no travel history..contacted CSIS.. they replied that security screening has been completed on 6th march 2017.. Allah knows now what LVO upto..

no travel history..contacted CSIS.. they replied that security screening has been completed on 6th march 2017.. Allah knows now what LVO upto..

who's CSIS? Is it the security agency people??
