Hi Guys. Just got an email from LVO to complete a new Schedule A Background Declaration Form (IMM 5669). I am 100% sure I completed this when I initially submitted my application. Has this happened to anyone else? Why are they asking me to fill it again?

Someone else also had to re-send documents that they'd already sent; the same thing happened to me. Not sure why they do that but maybe they wanted an updated version of your form since it's been a few months?

You will find someone at Katchehry (court), get certified translation and copy of Urdu Niakahnama too.

Maybe there is something missing. I had to sent it twice, I put my history for last 10 years and visa office came back for the history from 18 years. Or you put it wrong way.

U submit BOTH urdu AND translated certified version

I am new here, My wedding is next month, I wanted to ask that is there any check list I can use to do this spousal process and make sure step by step I am doing it right.

Anyone here who recently applied and know what are the rules in 2017 and what can we do before hand to speed things up and also avoid any errors.

Hi there i am not an expert but i recently applied for my wife.
If the wedding is in pak you can take care of a few things as sometimes people forget
1. Take photos of every ceremony with personal cameras including bride groom and all family members attending wedding(as photographers give you developed and less pictures sometimes)

2. If possible keep the wedding cards
3. If possible keep billing receipts of wedding from marriage halls
4. Any conversation between bride n groom if on email skype etc keep a copy.
5. Lots of pictures of signing nikkah nama and rukhsati
6. Get nikkah nama plus marriage certificate from nadra made
7. Right after marriage go to nadra to get records updated brides id card with husbands name and link bride n groom on nadra system.
Thats all i can think of right now. Good luck.

Yes, it happened to me twice. Once from CPC-Mississauga and second time from LVO

Salam everyone! who were the November applicants who got their PPRs lately?? I don't see any kind of PPR updates for November applicants in spreadsheet.

I don't have my cic account only have access to ECAS so want to know what is msg showing there after PPR.

On day i receive PPR, ECAS status was "In process" and mycic showed eligibility in progress, background check not started.
Next day, ECAS changed to "Decison Made" and mycic showed eligibility in progress, background check not started.

Dont think too much about status now. you will receive PPR soon.

My BGC went in progress on June 02, 2017. Re-medical will be done in the next few days depending when the appointment is given by IOM.

Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Help
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam. Help
Review of additional documents The additional documents you provided have been uploaded. Help
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. Help
Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. Help
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Is it a good sign that my BGC went in Progress and also does it mean that my Eligibility passed or it could still be in progress along with my BGC?

Its a good sign. I believe you got "Decision Made" on your E-Case.
