If your spousal is in process you will most probably not get visit visa from Pakistan. The probability of success is very slim. Lots of people get rejected. I have yet to see a person who applied during spousal process and received it visit visa from Islamabad. A lady from India opened a thread about how she got it but that was a while back and from India. Pakistan Embassy is different

The onus is too prove to the VO without a shadow of doubt that you will not stay in Canada if your spousal app is not approved, and in my opinion internally they have made a rule to not give visit visa's to spousal app no matter what you show to them. I don't recommend it I suggest you wait for spousal your almost there.

I don't know this persons case. If he himself or anyone who knows him can elaborate on what he provided or did for his TRV that would be helpful for everyone.

There are countless of people that have been rejected TRV with very few exceptions. From as far as what I know TRV is very difficult in spousal cases. Rest its all individual choice and experience. :)

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Hello everyone,
One of my is sponsoring her spouse from pakistan. They got letter that their application is in interview que on November 2016.
Today they received an email for remed as the upfront med is expired? She's now so confuced. Does LVO waived their interview or they will get interview convocation letter after remed? Can any one clarify this situation. One thing about her application is she applied on October 2015 and she didn't paid RPRF yet. Any advise is hugely appreciated.
Thank you. :)

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Is there anyone who got experience in filing Spousal Sponsorship for Quebec ... from Pakistan?

I've heard it's different from the rest of Canada.

most of the things are same, except that for Quebec they also require CSQ(certificate of selection for Quebec). google it if necessary

Why are you discouraging people unnecessarily? Please stop guessing about their internal rules. Lots of people get TRV. Lots of people don't.

Obtaining a TRV requires filing documents that support the TRV. Usually a pretty big account balance helps, and correctly filled forms go a long way.
Most of pakistani applicants fail to obtain TV because of mistakes in visa application.

Dual-intent is allowed by IRPA. Just gotta be smart about it all. Our people simply can't even fill simple forms so what do ya expect.

I do not agree with your opinion. I believe 99.99% of visit visa applications will be rejected if one declares spousal sponsorship is in progress. Its quite possible that single case we have on record is where they guy/girl may have applied for visa before even getting married..

i personally knw few ppl who have applied for visit visa after the spousal sponsorship from pk n they all got approved so i dont think the 99.99% is accurate, each case is different so yeah dont discourage ppl

I also personally know people who applied and all got rejected. It's not about discouraging but to provide opinion from personal experiences. Also, it could also make immigration officer reviewing the case think that why they seem to be in a hurry that they can't wait for their normal processing time? Also, in your application,I don't comprehend how one would be able to convince immigration officer in visit application visa that they will just reutrn and not stay with their significant half.

Well in the context that you have pakistani passport, ur geographical location is also pakistan and u r in the middle of immigration application, all the people who r telling you about few chances of getting trv, they are right, you need to be realistic about it,all the supporting documents you mentioned most of the people have also submitted them.Only chance that you will get the visa is if you have strong financial position and good travel history like if have frequent visits of europe, usa or uk.
