What is IME and how to get it while file in process?

If you get re-med request im guessting IME number is mentioned in the request.

I order my notes monthly, sometimes when I'm neurotic, I order it bimonthly.
They misplaced my nikkahnama and kid's birth certificate and added me to the queue. No red flags in the notes.

thnx for ur reply, i have heard only here dat people have so many correspondence wid cic due to different reasons, in my case it is dull and slow so far neither they r updating nor they r pointing objections if any. Quite confused ... waiting for gcms notes i have applied 18 jan

I didn't get any re-med request i was thinking to do it before that i as i haven't had my med done yet and when i emailed IMO they said they need IME.

Tell IMO that you are getting it done upfront so you dont have the number.

Yh tried and here is the reply

As per instructions by Canadian Immigration applicants who fall in Spouse sponsorship category need to apply for visa first and can only have their medical once you receive an IME number.

I think this is as per the new CIC rules (as of Dec-16) that upfront medical is not required anylonger. CIC will make a medical request and then you would get an appointment.
You should try to explain that you submitted ur application prior to the new rules...and they should let you get an upfront medical done.

Another way of slowing the crappy joint by delaying medical and PCC. Upfront medical and PCC was better... :

Just got my notes..WTH. Seems like they haven't even started the eligibility. Status for eligibility says 'Not Started'.

How can I know when these notes were generated? The date on the file says Dec 19th (header and footer), but one of the line item in the eligibility was updated on Dec 20th. How's that possible?

check these comments out in my notes.

"PA and Sponsor organized Vallima in March 2016/April 2016 PA has provided numerous additional photos which do certainly appear culturally consistent and show that a Rukhsati and Vallima did take Place. However, despite this, there remain some concerns and so an interview is to be convoked."

I don't know what's wrong and what I should be preparing for know...... :-\

Did anyone else receive any update (june july applicants)?

I have applied in Feb 2016 didn't hear anything from them since I applied not even a single message even my medical has expired still nothing from LVO side .
So I think long for June July applicant am I right ?

Any May / June applicants who got notes recently? Is your eligibility also marked as 'not started'? ... at least meri start to kar daitay. Koi umeed nai. I was waiting to get more insight through notes before sending continued relationship proof and visit information to LVO voluntarily. Seems like now I will send it just like that.
