It almost as if they have been holding NOV applicants deliberately for 10-11 months and then issuing PPR's. :'(

Hi my E-cas showing decision made as well...23rd November 2015 applicant....I think they are planning to send Ppr in batches for all November December 2015 applicants InshaAllah.....

That's great news that you've passed everything and awaiting clearance for security. Normally security is pretty quick. Should be done within a month at times. Eligibility is the hardest which can take somewhere between 4 - 6 months.

Just hang in there. You should see something positive before the holidays, hopefully. If not, contact your MP in the New Year.

If i apply sometime in February 2017, i am assuming CRA would not have processed my tax returns for 2016, so is it ok to submit the option c and NOA for 2015 taxes?
