i m nikah only case. they demand some more proofs.
proofs demanded on:19-12-2014
proofs provided on: 17-01-2015
n after that we heard nothing from them... plz help..

Hi,
the info you are providing is incomplete so it hard to answer you, so as you are April 2014 applicant , you will receive re-med in this month InshaAllah if they have not placed you in interview que (if they found your proofs insufficient then they will put you in interview que)
to have a better idea of whats going on in your case , i would suggest you to order notes, when did you do your upfront medical ?

So after 11 months we have received the passport with visa, cannot believe im saying this but the happiness is totally worth the wait.

1. i replied to the email i received email address was ldnimmigration @ international.gc.ca

2. yes i got a confirmation email that is a generic reply from them and later in request for pcc they said "thanks for ur submissions"

3. yes i scaned everything in pdf format yes they accept it
4.yes i attached everything in one go ( i merged all pdf into one file)

5.my ecas is in process and after sending proofs in december they asked for police clearence in feb which i sent by mail now i m waiting for ppr hopefully

yes it will work mine was 69 pages i merged them all in one pdf
and then attach only one pdf file with the email thats of 5 Mb
and in email i wrote my cover letter

There is a strong chance that you will be placed for interview queue since this is nikah only case.
You are the only reported person I know on the 2014 spreadsheet that have nikah only.
Are you the sponsor?
Is sponsor Canadian Citizen or PR?
Sponsoring husband or wife?

Please verify your info on the spreadsheet. Thanks.

Hi Hassan,

No worries. Your file is sitting in the queue now in Mississauga office.
But you should send your original education documents with a polite cover letter explaining what you have enclosed and to add to your file.

Hi, my opinion is:
you should have sent original, if you have received A.O.R letter/e-mail and your file has transferred to LVO then no worries and if you just file the application then, just pray that they dont send the file back saying it is incomplete .

As you know i got PPR today by email. There was letter printed date mentioned FEB,09,2015. And i got it today. They said you have to submit your passport within 30 days of this corespondence. I was wondering that If the 30 days start from the date when letter was printed. And also i know you got PPR MAR,02. Just want to know what was the printed date on your letter?

Usually the letters received from visa offices state that you must respond in following days from the date of this letter.
I guess your date will be the date of letter.

thanks to Allah tala my wife got a visa i have question should i get a ticket for my wife here in canada or should i get in pakistan which will be cheaper? pakistan or canada?
