I am about to update CIC for my wife's pregnancy I just wanted to confirm that would these documents enough or am I missing something.? Please let me know. Also posting here so that it will help people who are in this situation.

1. A cover letter explaining my situation.
2. Communications from AOR received date till now. (skype, fb chats). 13 pages
3. Boarding passes both my visit and then Umrah we performed together, ( do I need to send originals or just scanned would do..?).

4. Her medical reports including blood test reports, doctor's prescriptions, ultrasound and pregnancy test reports.

5. Pictures of my visit and Umrah pictures. (around 12 to 15) of them.

Yes this all seems great, my only suggestion would be , send those docs in paper hard copy format instead of scans and e-mail
and add the photocopies of the entry exit stamped pages of the passport with boarding pass
Everything else is perfect

So I applied my husband's case on 18th February 2014 and got an acceptance letter on March 23rd 2014.
Haven't heard from the cic office yet, there are no updates on the website.

It is passed 11 months , please advice what I need to do and who to contact in regards to my application.

Careless1 has got his visa 6 months ago so he is not active anymore

and you dont count months from when you applied, you start counting since your file is transferred in London office, so its been 10 months. just wait one or 2 more and you will get re-med soon

So how should my husband update his new address ?? should call cic or again fill the visa office online form ,,as he did before ??

I would suggest updating it through e-cas

Thanks for your reply and your passport stamps pointer , I wrote scanned by mistake instead of photocopy I am sending everything as hardcopy. Regards

Your sponsor can still order notes ( on line ) even outside Canada anywhere ,,just have to fill the online form and attach ,,1 ..scanned PR or Citizenship card and 2 ..scanned CONSENT OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND PERSONAL INFORMATION ( IMM5744 E ) signed by applicant .. Fee is 5 dollars via credit card..Thats it .

You will require a CREDIT CARD it will cost $5 to order notes.

Section A & C - If your the sponsor fill out your name
Section B - your spouses name is filled out (applicant)
Section D - is your choice Mail or Email correspondence
Section E & F - signatures and dates
Section G - if your under age 18
